Digital oilfield is the main means to increase production and income. Developing ultra-short radius sidetracking horizontal wells in old requires high-performance well trajectory control. In this paper, flexible drill pipe designed by bionics principle, logging tool monitor borehole real time using gamma ray technology. The combination of can realize remaining oil recovery between dense patterns. network determines that has a certain bending angle during drilling, reservoir be drilled shortest distance. design drilling tools for 7 “and 9-5/8” casings basis key verify rationality through experiments. test research shows that, strength meets requirements importing monitoring data simulating process experimental into LANDMARK software describe trajectory, curvature deflecting section 1.5m-2m, meeting expectation.
